I see alot of people have like, "splash brushes" and "mountain brushes" and "cloud brushes"...what does that all mean? I know that it's for photoshop, but beyond that im real confused?

kk, thats fine.
Brushes are .arb files. They are brushes like a line or dot. But different shapes, some people, like me and many others, make or collect these brushes, which start out as pictures, and after careful cropping and erasing, can be made into brushes to be painted onto your pictures.

I see in alot of deviations like, tree brush (c) so and so, therefore people must share them somehow? I didnt know you could do that, and I thought since you're kinda an expert you might know ;P

Well, on photoshop, yout just click brush present manager on the brush tool bar, and then select your brushes and click package brushes. You can then put them on a website like this and people download the file, which you put into your own brushes to use.
